i auditioned for a musical and i was terrible**
Maggie,
Thank you for auditioning for Insignificant Others. We were impressed by the level of talent we saw in our first round of auditions. Unfortunately, we've had to make some tough choices, and we won't be offering you a spot at callbacks next Monday.
Best of luck to you in your theatrical endeavors, and we hope you can catch the show this summer.
Regards,
Jay Kuo, Producer
George Quick, Director

Among other things, I LOVE your singing!
i love your singing, too! and what's with asking you to come to the show in the same breath? i would hire you. screw them.
blegh! i'm so sorry sweetie! but you have to sing at tom tom's wedding! and yeah, that's lame, inviting you to the show. pooo poo on them!
just cuz they didn't pick you for that particular show doesn't mean you aren't incredibly talented. it just means that one wasn't your show.
you know, it's kinda like dating: just because this one person (or 10) doesn't work out that doesn't mean we aren't f'ing amazing and it doesn't mean we won't find the right one.
case in point:
you found tom. tom found you.
now of course you should sing for him!
sing sing sing!
;o)
